RETURNS WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
In most cases, we are able to offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
This allows us to:
• Resolve issues faster
• Avoid unnecessary shipping delays
• Reduce environmental impact
• Provide a smoother experience for our customers
To process your request, we may ask for:

• A photo or video showing the problem (if applicable)
Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as quickly as possible.
WHEN A RETURN MAY BE REQUIRED

If a return is required:

REFUND PROCESSING

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged. These include:

• Items marked as final sale
